My CPA is local and has hundreds of business customers. She runs a firm of with many active bookkeepers and CPAs! Traditionally April is a busy month for anyone in the US that has to deal with taxes, but this April, it’s more difficult. With the COVID19 outbreak sparking fear and support needs for my CPA and her bookkeepers as customers need information on the Paycheck protection program from the SBA via the Cares Act. Suddenly my CPA was fielding hundreds of calls. The challenge, I didn’t want her answering the same questions twice, spending all day in her inbox. I need her looking up solutions and handling complex accounts!

This solutions is low code / no code powered by Airtable and Zapier.

The system’s purpose is to drive customers, prospects from the main web page to a database that collects, orchestrates, and automates the sales process, support process, and customer lifecycle.
